The AU-EU Youth Cooperation Hub in collaboration with partners like the African Union (AU), the European Union (EU) and youth networks is organizing an Africa-Europe Youth Meet-Up taking place online from 8th to 10th July.
The virtual Meet-Up is also supported by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), France 24, the Kofi Annan Foundation, UNICEF (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) and others.
The goal of the Meet-Up is to engage African and European youth and the diaspora to exchange knowledge, ideas and solutions towards tackling global issues, in preparation for the next Africa-Europe Youth Summit.
The online event will be an opportunity to explore future forms of collaboration and exchange amongst European and African youth to work jointly on common challenges. Organizations engaged in international partnerships and youth exchange are highly encouraged to participate in the event and share their experiences and insights.
The meeting gives young people in Africa, Europe and the Diaspora a voice and offers them the opportunity to expand their knowledge.
